Laura and Scott | San Martin Wedding Photography| Bay Area Wedding Photographer
You may remember Laura and Scott from their fantastic engagement session last December. Laura and Scott got married this summer at the gorgeous, tucked away Clos La Chance Winery. Everything about the wedding was perfection. This included the flowers, which were over-the-top amazing. Scott, it turns out, is a manager at Bloomster's, and got to bring the expertise of his company to his wedding. I loved the pomander ball (above left) that dangled from the flower girl's wrist. More extraordinary flowers below.
But first, a few photos of the day as it unfolded.
Above, Laura's bridesmaids assess
and help her dress.
Laura's mother gives her something blue - the gem from her own necklace. Then she tells Laura that it is hers to keep. These are the amazing moments I get to witness in my work.
Laura's bridesmaids peer at the gathering crowd before the ceremony begins.
Meanwhile, the flower girl finds an unexpected prince.
The ceremony: funny, touching, and set against a brilliant cloudless sky.
Scott and his best man after the ceremony. I love the joy and friendship captured here.
Okay, now, as promised: a glimpse of some of Bloomster's amazing work:
Fantastic, isn't it?!
Clos La Chance's lovely vineyards were a perfect place to sneak away to for some post-ceremony photos.
Finally, a shot of the beautiful cake, and the lovely night.
Congratulations Laura and Scott. I loved your wedding and would photograph it again in a heartbeat. But, since I know you probably won't get married again, I'll settle for getting the chance to photograph Bloomster's flowers again as soon as the opportunity arises.
